I got to the final acolyte and before going to her, I decided to collect the missing items. I explored the locations well and thoroughly (I climbed into all possible nooks and corners and sometimes it even led to getting stuck in colliders) and I did this several times, but I am still missing something and have absolutely no idea where to find the rest (especially the three remaining weapons).
