I can't seem to navigate the main menu/option screens properly with my mouse making accessing the other options tabs impossible and unfortunate as the game is displaying the run resolution for my monitor. My system cursor displays but is unable to proceed in any of the menus, arrow keys work but there doesn't seem to be a key for switch options menu tabs from what I could find. The infinite ammo-modifier doesn't seem to be working. I have it switched on and I'm still running out of ammo. I feel like, you know, I shouldn't with that modifier switched on?

I did a ~19-minute run (well under the 40 for the achievement) on a fresh save, and the achievement didn't pop. Is there an additional requirement for it beyond just making it through chapter 3? IF not, the achievement might be bugged.

Tried the game again after the update and assumed my save was bugged so I started over but when reaching Chapter Two it just ends up in a forever loading screen.
