is there a tool to change this game speed ? its too slow

I've got a number one ranked golf hole and have won the S tournament well over five times, gotten a club member to gold rank membership, but still no Kairobot. Does anyone know how to make him appear ?

Yush, i noticed then in game you could get customers stuck somewhere in area or places & then they can't go out field or golf course & come back. They only move in same place or have animation there & say in loop: Can't get back... Please, fix this issue in the game. x3...
