(I just finished its 1st Act.)
This 2D action game was clearly made by a fan of the genre:
All difficulties are unlocked from the start, game experience is highly customizable by having all dialogue and cutscene skippable from the start(don't skip them the first time tho. I'm finding the story and its characters quite charming!) and highly replayable.

It's hard, has depth and deeply respects its inspirations. Even on Normal difficulty the game is quite challenging especially for No Death stage clears

Movement has an high skill floor and rewards aerial combat A LOT but many enemy types will have no problem in fighting for aerial space, all thanks to their design and NUMBERS so mantaining any kind of space ends up feeling very rewarding for the player.

All enemies are straight to the point, full of purpose and gain a lot of nuance when they are all put together,
essentially the game will costantly throw at you well-crafted hordes where you need to use all your kit to come out on top.

Sometimes it loses readibility mainly because of all the overlapping enemies but I believe that your character has all the tools and systems not to get out unscathed but rather get out with her style meter full and her health regained by the very peculiar healing system.

Any action game fan(of any skill level really) should give this a chance(or multiple as its progression even on its only first 11 levels was fantastic)

This is a tough action platformer so if that's what you're looking for you'll find it here. It's challenging and it keeps you on your toes, with a lot of mechanics in it to master as well.

Really solid action game, solid feeling core mechanics and there's definitely a lot of depth with the size of the movelist and the way the various ranged weapons can interact with one another. Enemy design is also strong as well, most enemies look pretty distinct and have specific functions that make it easy to read the screen and prioritise even when things get hectic.
Collision can feel a little wonky sometimes when you try to hit a grounded enemy with a string and phase right through them and some of the later levels can feel a little to large and easy to get lost in.
