As title says - Most reviews are about missing features etc some for crashes What is the actual issue

Hey there, I've noticed that my staff is randomly attacked by the police, with low suspicion levels, and my staff keeps running in circles

I played this game a bunch yesterday. Had a fun time when things went well for me. Sometimes money just rolled in, other times nuthin. But I never have been able to finish a level. I'm having trouble researching. The only thing that works is 4 out of the 6 consumer products and all of the armor and weapons stuff. Any of the cool stuff like cyber gorillas, and berserk-er inhalers are out of my reach. So has anyone complete a level other than the tutorials? And PS Google has failed me on this game, I ca...
