But the options say there's controller settings, those don't work either.

Don't buy this game. It's ridiculously unfair and frustrating. You get insta-killed every few seconds from anything. Usually you don't have the slightest clue what hit you. Every other little hit makes you lose ALL your weapon upgrades permanently and without an upgraded main weapon you're chanceless. Besides that it could be a really nice game, because the graphics style is great and effects are really nice. Turn of the screen shaking from the options menu and learn every second of every level inside out...
