The art for this game is good, I can't deny that. It really is expressive and top-notch.
But the way Micah is written is just abysmal. Some of the things he does are downright creepy and I just can't get immersed in this knowing I would call the police if someone acted like him in real life.
My biggest gripe is that the "bad ending" is just so childish on his end. He reacts like an actual toddler when he makes you uncomfortable and... you get uncomfortable. I chose the negative response to make it a bit more realistic and suddenly he was completely shutting down and cutting me out of his life. What kind of reaction is that? There's no resolve to the conflict, no conversation, no options but to watch Micah throw his little tantrum and declare the relationship over because you didn't react perfectly to something he said. The whole story is just, for lack of a better word, extremely corny purely because of the lack of any sort of problem, nuance or conflict, and the moment conflict does arise, it ends the game, labelled a "bad ending". It rubs me the wrong way.
Don't let this stop you from checking the game out if you're into dating sims. It's not the worst in the world, it has good moments, but I, personally, wouldn't recommend it because of the writing.

THIS GAME WAS SO CUTE IT MADE ME REALLY HAPPY :) Wish it was longer!! Everything is voice acted. The chats were very cringe, like 707 style from Mystic Messenger, and the romance was too fast, but for what it is it's really cute and silly!

jehbfsbjfsbj LMAOOO was this game really cancelled? I love being late to drama..... the art is nice, and so is the music. The dialogue tho is so..........ive seen exact lines stolen from tumblr posts. I was rolling my eyes throughout the entire game. The story is bland too,,,,,Gagged that the next day is hidden behind a paywall, get your money i guess. I wont be paying for it haha

The art is beautiful and so is the music, but the character made me cringe so hard. Definitely still worth playing the whole game imo, but hard to like this guy unless you’re big into SoundCloud boys who are so sure they’re cool despite all odds.

usually i dont really like dating sims like this because imo its boring and it really drags my attention, but this game is just different
the voice acting is AMAZING, the artstyle is beautiful and kinda calming to look at, and the lofi/jazzish music just adds to that :] its really just something you can have as a comfort game

i love how this game is interactive -- having to password guess people for fun little extras like art and fanfics, and instead of having to click a chatbox every time you actually can just talk to micah in some kinda discord chat format ^^ (video call scenes excluded)

another thing i really really liked is the fun little references, like the "i dont have pronouns" sonic and shadow video, or the yippee tbh creature,,, the evangelion chair scene art in the friend list hack thingie was also funny lmfao

the only dislike i have is that the options for what you can say is preselected as it gives less freedom, but i understand that that would make it way harder to voice act.

overall this game is really worth playing if you just wanna sit/lay down after for example a long day and just wanna get comfy <3
