This real Airline Pilot likes this sim. Great for training and practice.

Don't believe this game supports VR, no it doesn't. Blurry and unreadable everything, staggering view, no sound in a helmet, not working tutorial, ugly graphics, weird controls.

If you are not going to play it in VR, then just ignore this review.

Not the right software for the casual simmer but perfect for those more serious about it. To make the sim look pretty you may need some mods (only 2 or 3, all freeware) to adjust lighting and ground textures. Otherwise there are great freeware aircraft, most notably the Zibo 737NG seires. Default airports are very decent and can be used without issues (unlike MSFS2024).

Payware aircraft are also top-notch, with study level aircraft not limited to the A320 seires, A330neo, A340, 737 classics, 747-200/8, Concorde, Tupolev classics, and the CL650 which is arguably the best payware aircraft at the moment. The main reason I barely ever touched MSFS again after beginning my X-Plane journey was the how the flying felt; in MSFS, even the best payware aircraft felt light and overly-responsive compared to X-Plane, and don't get me started on how much better take-offs and landings are in this simulator.

Overall 8/10, sim can be quite resource intensive but you shouldn't have problems holding ~30 frames with the average computer.

hey i've been trying to get into this game but it just kept crashing like 20 times and i can't seem to get in sorry for being this harsh but can you guys like fix this please, because i know this will be a lawsuit if it doesn't get fixed. i mean i don't know how people like play this game because i think this game is broken. Or at least someone help me please?
