game crashes on launch

Seriously, I didn't expect much when I picked this game. It was in a bundle and the urban hip-hop theme did not appeal much to me. I tried it anyway, and in fact, it's a lot of fun. Gameplay is fluid, there are lots of abilities, secret stuff to find, that was an overall good surprise. Until I got to the last few areas of the game. I want to inform ppl who sees a fluid video on steam and like what they see. "I´ll think I´ll buy this" Just so you know, there is a hard coded cap @ 30 fps. Feels like it´s lagging if you are a 60fps gamer. It´s a damn shame, it´s an awesome game in the foundation. If anyone har surcomvented the cap. Pls tell me how, here or PM....

If someone needs this, use cheat engine and enable speedhack with 2 or 2.5 multiplier, nothing else helped me solve this issue

Does anyone have a fix for some of the 3d objects not rendering properly? Im only on the first stage, and i can see cars driving around in the background being rendered in the foreground, and boxes that i can push and pull around are invisible. Im having a hard time getting into contact with the dev team about it, so im posting this here, even if it makes it seem like the game is bad. Sorry, devs....
