I extracted the adult patch into the game, then I started playing but there was no H scene, so I decided to rush dialogs to assure it was properly patched. I had 2 photo shows, got to a show, and they keep talking, but there's no H, until I got tired. I had issues with patches, so I know enough to be suspicious it didn't work.
