I'm Rhomita, the developer of Notmads.

I'm thrilled as 2024 comes to an end because it has been an incredible year for Notmads. I've made significant progress, staying on schedule and meeting expectations. Plus, I've started working with a talented artist who's creating new 3D models to replace the current ones.

Thanks to this progress, I'm estimating a release date for Q4 2025. This will be an Early Access (Alpha) version, featuring many core mechanics and final 3D models for key elements like characters and the beast. This version won’t include the full story, just the opening moments—likely limited to a single island—but the full story and additional islands will be added during the development of the final version, available through regular updates. As development progresses, I'll also update other 3D models as they’re completed.

Additionally, this version will include a completely revamped UI, very different from the current pre-alpha version, and full controller support.
