Help. Game runs like its in slow motion

Not sure what to do about this? The game runs like it's trapped in a cut scene with Neo from The Matrix (frame rate is fine, no lag). Everything is moving like 30% slower than what I see on YouTube and in the game's trailer. Im not sure what kind of system info to provide, sorry. But im happy to provide it if asked!...

I'm only 3.6hrs in so far but I LOVE THIS GAME!! I *LOVE* THIS GAAAAMMMEEEEE

The music! The battling! Bella and Tetra! The love for Undertale without plagiarising! (I! Am! So! Sick! of "dUpEs" passing for originals and somehow not getting bonked for plagiarism!)

Is this a bug ... ?

So I'm trying to defeat Ravager's boss , but I had to defeat them in only two turn . I thought , " oh did you go that far , Dev ? well , fine " , until I saw videos on Youtube , and I found out that apparently you are supposed to defeat them in seven turn . Did the Dev change it recently , or is this actually a glitch ? it seems that way to me ......

i think the game is very fun!

the most "novel" thing about it is the combat, which is a mix of ideas from various other games. it's also a bit lengthy, but you don't go into combat every 3 seconds, so that balances it out.

the character designs are all very fun (and good!), the music is very enjoyable, and the game looks pretty good visually. story is alright too!

i'd say it's worth playing.
