starting playing the demo and almost nothing has a voice over, will it be like that in the full game as well?

It freezes even before I can see the main menu or any intro :(

I started the game last night and since then I've seen "Missing Translation" text instead of the real dialogue numerous times. I googled it but nothing came out. Does anybody else have this problem? How can I solve it? I can't interact with a lot of npcs properly because of it. Also the ones who I can interact with normally gets broken from time to time too. Also in the keymapping menu, some items correspond with "missing translation" text too instead of mapped keys....

When I played it months ago, I wasnt able to figure out it was in the Maintenance Room. All the Let's plays an Walkrtoughs I watched couldn't provide an answer which I could follow logicalle with all the different pings here and there. How were you able - step by step to find the right room? Thank you in advance! :)...

- bought and installed this weekend - never tried a prior version - tried with/out -force-d3d11 - reproduction: launch or double click exe-> displays splash screen -> crashes let me know if I can help debugging
