Anyway to get the game to fullscreen or to rebind the keys?

Ok i'm feeling really dumb but how do I save before quitting?

I am missing 100% fishing vacation and one hidden achievement, how do I get them? Note: I got endings A through D

After getting Ending E (Uncle in the cave), the achievement did not appear. Is there more to it than receiving the ending?

These are the two achievements I don't have, how do I get them?
