Vbridger will NOT connect to my iphon

I have tried the IP address under my wifi settings. Ive tried the IP address under the Stream to PC (WiFi) section on Vtube Studio. IVE TRIED the IP address after clicking "Show IP list" Under 3rd party PC clients. I CAN NOT get this app to connect to my phone. I have the 3rd party activation on for vtube studio on my mobile app. Local Network is on. Please for the love of EVERYTHING THAT IS HOLY on this GOD forsake planet HELP. Before i go BALD like the stupid avatar in vbridger....

Vbridger model Keeps freezing the past week

I don't know if anyone else is having the same issue the past week or so. I use an iphone that runs vtube studio, connected to vbridger. All paid versions. But lately it keeps freezing every 10-15 minutes and then move in slow motion for 5 minutes until it catches up. Anyone have a fix or having the same issue? Already verified file integrity and reinstalled, never had an issue with it before....
