This feels like an old game I played long time ago - Jin Yong Qun Xia Zhuan. You start off as a weakling in the pugilistic world and you need to move around to meet people, learn martial arts and get your party.

The world is a vibrant place with lots to explore. The combat is fun and always nice to learn a new skill and see your character get stronger and climbing up the ladder in this world. The quests do not feel boring but getting materials can be a bit slow to allow them to respawn.

Loving every minute of this game.

> nvm, Stone Statue still kicks ass
> Second DLC content begins, proceed to suffer
> Beat first boss of DLC, feel yourself invincible
> Until you meet a guy who gets 5 turns in a row after you hit him once
> Hundred Dragons is a balanced attack for sure
> Suffer for the next 3 hours because you forgot to level up and gear up your companions
> Load an old save, get the best gear and skills for them
> Proceed to steamroll their fights
> New final boss is very balanced
> "Luigi wins by doing absolutely nothing"
> Finish the run with perfect score
> Wait for DLC3 begins

Really great game in its own right but even better if you have an interest in Chinese culture and martial arts.

Nice game,
The game story cover the basic plot of wuxia story where Wudang sec as the main character's sect. - cannot choose other sect as the main sect, but able to get other sect skill set, which you can mix and match to set you own combo preference
The game has options for fast game (turning off the turn based battle) and have auto battle, so if you feel bored to battle the common mob and need grinding this feature very helpful. -the downside is that the auto mode attack pattern is kinda monotone, so when used on boss fight its might make you lose the battle.
The non turn base mechanic remind me of gba megaman game, where you need to move you character and spam skill, but in here its bit harder as you move and spam skill, your enemy also can move and avoid your attack.

Overall, its a nice game with good story, and good combination of skill and battle mechanic.

I have 200+ hours in this game its very fun and has a lot of depth and replay ability due to the inheritance system which is affected by you achievements, ending, and game difficulty.

To put it simply its a lot of fun, easy to play, but has a good amount of complexity.
