Is it possible to get the achivement. i only get currupted downloads after 4 hours.

Around an hourish into the game and I have not received any achievements for having people join my party or simply starting the game. Also whenever I try to connect to the "online-system" it leads to an infinite load screen. I do not have this issue on my pc so wondering if this is a steam deck related issue...
