The character art looks like 3rd party chinese knockoff phone game nightmare from hell fuel. Is it ingame any better? Why didn't they just use the art they already have for 10 years?

My config : I7 10700k / RTX 3060 / 32go ram but 60hz screens Actually playing with xbox controller and tryharding Full Action mode, did challenger until stage 7-2, impossible to 100% after that. So many spots unplayable cause of input lags (around 20-30ms). I tried all to reduce it, if anyone has a magic idea ? Or just add an option to counter input lags ? The game is really cool to chill but actually impossible to perfect all rounds....
