I saw this mentioned in a review. I don't really like the sound of that, but thought somebody might be able to clarify exactly what happens or why not having a penalty works.

After the i click to play, i get to see some seconds of the screen, then closes. Is a way to fix this? i have no idea what's the problem

Can you not have two skills that use the same tiles in the same party? Case in point, Lightning and Cleanse.
