It's honestly driving me crazy

Does anyone know how to unlock it? Only one I have left and I can't find any information about it anywhere.

This has to be a bug of some sort. My character or object (red) really just zooms around the screen with the tiniest input. Happens with both controller and keyboard. Anyone else has this problem? Or perhaps an idea on how to fix it? Game is simply unplayable at this point :(...
