Can't talk to Snake Skull

I'm stuck again, don't know what to do, looked up the walkthrough. And the player has a conversation with Snake Skull. But I don't have it. He just threatens, Winn apologizes and that's it. Is this a bug?

Wrong decisions make the game unsolvable?

So decisions matter in this game? Depending on your decision the reactions of Nick and Tony change. It appears I made a couple of wrong decisions. I cannot climb the hole in the construction site. Nick says "We are not your mules" and Tony says "I don't want to get dust into my eyes". There seems to be no way around it they won't help me. Looks like I am stuck. Any ideas how to change their minds?...

The sloppiness makes me regret buying this game entirely

The terrible voice acting and script, the incessant typos, and just the overall ♥♥♥♥ tier jokes/references got so old so fast to me that I regret buying this game for sure. I fell asleep in the first 2 hours with the game running so couldn't refund, but absolutely would have....

Great fun, really enjoyed that, good humor, upbeat characters and interesting puzzles. All the way through there was a good incentive to continue and the dialog and interaction between people was cleverly done.
Definitely recommend this point and click adventure game.
