《ROCKMAN X DiVE》will be shutting down on September 27, 2023, we would like to inform you about the process of refunding the unused "Paid Element Metal".

Starts at October 3, 2023 (Tue) 12:00 (UTC+8), and ends at December 31, 2023 (Sun) 23:59 (UTC+8).

The server will shut down on September 27, 2023, at 12:00, and all unused "Paid Element Metal" on record at the time of shutdown will be eligible for a refund.

After the server is turned on on October 03, 2023 (Tue) 12:00 (UTC+8), please enter the game application and click on the "Refund" option in the "Menu" in the bottom right corner of the title screen to enter the unused "Paid Element Metal" inquiry and refund application system.
After entering the system, please select your location first and follow the instructions to apply for a refund.

1. If you hold Compensated Elemental Crystals in different areas at the same time, the system will process the application together. There is no need to submit multiple applications.
   
2. Please DO NOT delete the game application if you wish to receive a refund after the game has been discontinued; as all refund processes will be handled through the system in the game application.
   
3. In case of discrepancies, the remaining Element Metal in the account will be based on the last recorded data at the time of the server shutdown on September 27, 2023 (Wed) 12:00 (UTC+8).
