I'm just starting out with the demo, and am at the part where it tells me how to interact/speak with a character (the lizard looking dude) except the buttons aren't doing anything. I started playing this game from the humble trove, really cool. However, after the invaders arrive the game ends? Am I not protecting the village well enough? Or is there only a demo in the trove?

For people with misophonia like myself there's no way we're going to be able to play through this if the VA work is anything similar to the trailer. It's someone who is sitting really close to the microphone and whispering in it, transferring all unfiltered wet sounds that come with it. It was painful to listen to and I had to quit the trailer halfway in due to it....
