Just wondering if anyone has experienced an obviously bug-related crash while playing the game. This causes the game to freeze and stop and go back to the Steam Library launch page. It's unfortunate as I like playing the game. I have tried multiple re-installs but this has not worked....

Hi there, I've been away from HS4 for quite a while have loaded it up and started plain but I remember back when there was a mod that would put a compass or a protractor with your submarine in the middle of it on the map so you could get bearings and I think it would cover 1000 or 2000 yards. Can't think of the name of it so that I can find it can anybody help me find this mod. Thanks in advance...

Moved from Windows to a new Mac Air M3. Got Parallels which gives you a full Windows 11 desktop. Ran Steam in that desktop and Steam sees it as Windows (which it basically is.) Silent Hunter 3 runs great as do other games that don't run on the Mac. But when I try to run Silent Hunter Wolves I hit play, Steam says it's running, but nothing comes up. Any ideas? Thanks....

I want to be able to manually target the torpedoes. I uncheck the automatic targeting box in setttings but it never works. I am playing it on normal difficulty.

I am having problems with the game crashing directly linked to time acceleration. Does anyone have a fix for this?
