S.H.E.L.T.E.R. honestly feels like an unfinished game or like someone started the idea but soon after regretted their decision to make it but had to finish it because people liked what little they saw.
Many of the changes in characters happen almost instantly, no build up or anything just "Yes hi, i'm MC" and then two days later, they're asking you to impregnate them, this is the case for essentially every single one, there is no build up or anything, it honestly feels ungratifying, like a participation award.

But what i think is the game's biggest flaw is that rather than Showing, it prefers to Tell, like a Shyamalan movie, this game has the perk of having custom made artwork instead of just some 3D BS, yet they could not even bother to make more changes to the scene's art? And it's not even an uncommon occurrency in the game, it happens pretty much Constantly, had it been a purely text based game like Corruption of Champions or just had a miniscule amount of artwork it'd made more sense, but they do have Several across the whole thing, but no changes "The shock in her eyes upon hearing your words" Nope, she is still smiling like normal "she places her hand on your head, playing with your hair" nah, it's resting on her ***. "She closes her eyes and looks away, embarrassed" she is staring directly ahead with a lewd smile on her face...

Maybe i've gotten spoiled with games like My Pig Princess which not only has Fantastic characters and writing, the amount of work put into every art piece and the changes, heII, some scenarios happens and they alter the character's physical apperance and it Stays! There is so much effort put into that, and compared to This? This is just Lazy.

Some may think i'm nitpicking, but when you've seen the same low effort with minor nuggets of gold sprinkled in over and over and over...Yea you kinda start getting smart/annoyed with the same routine they all seem to follow.
While it's not an outright Bad game, it's not something i can whole heartedly recommend, i wish they'd implement a damn Neutral vote option already, cause this is neither a YES nor a NO game, it's an "it's alright" kinda game, even if it feels unfinished/rushed.
