Are the servers down? when I try to log in it says 1040= Too many connections

Hi guys! I have problem, Im on map11 stage3-4 idk and game dont load in. I equip wings what I got pvp reward. I started battle but that stopped "loading battle materials 100%". I quitted game but when i logon again I see city in moment after instant loading battle and stopped again when loading materials. I think have map issues or wings equipment cause some issue. Pls check this. I cant play....

so this looks like the kings and legends content that was region locked to asia only for the last 10 years. I'm assuming will be available globally due to steam. I hope this will have an English patch x.x

i cant see bottom of my screen, i tried adjusting resolution but still cant see bottom of screen, right under chat , i can barely click on icons under it
