Followed this game and had it on wishlist for quite a very long time. Finally decided to give it a try on sale. Should have kept waiting.
Driving down road in ATV. After 30 minutes into game, see Vambie walking in road ahead, back to me. Loudly drive ATV up behind Vambie at full speed and ram into it. ATV bounces off Vambie. Vambie seems not to notice, completely oblivious and unfazed by collision. Get off ATV and walk into Vambie's field of vision. Now, it seems to notice me. It howls and starts chasing me. This experience was so dumb I'm actually mildly mad about it. Maybe later.

literally top 3 best survival games ive ever played

Great game. If you're a fan of survival and crafting games you'll love this one. Allows for tweaks that let you experience it how you like. would recommend.

Not a single weapon in the entire vast area of the game.
If this is a eurasian country with a hoplophobic government (though what kind of hoplophobia and government in the apocalypse), then at least knives in kitchens or tire irons in garages should be found?
Apparently they've all been melted down into metal ingots, which are just lying around in houses, as if the past inhabitants have massively retrained as blacksmiths (which is true, they don't make anything but ingots).
Ok, it's a total hoplophobic dictatorship, in which a brutal government has completely banned metal objects so that citizens don't hurt themselves or zombies.
But in the wild, a rock or stick the hero can pick up to hit a zombie?
What is it - he can simply hit a zombie with his fist or foot?
No, he can't, the developers answer, he is an armless and legless invalid, flying on the ground with the power of thought.
And in general, there is nothing in the game except nature (it should be noted for the sake of justice, quite well drawn, which, however, is not uncommon in modern games of the last 10 years) and rare houses, in which there is nothing but literal rubbish.
Oh, and untouchable zombies.

This game is a very nice SURVIVAL game. You gather materials, build you base, farm, mine. It's all there. What is absolutely HORRENDOUS about this game is the looting and combat. This game has the worst combat system I have ever seen in a video game. It is not fun whatsoever and it is a really big turn off. Which is a shame because the rest of the game is pretty fun. I think the game needs to go back to some form of the normal enemies, not whatever these Bruce Lee karate fighting vambies are. 6/10

The graphics are not that great even after adjustment to the resolution and other setting they still hurt my eyes. I refunded within 30 minutes.
