This will be short and to the point without giving away spoilers to the story. When you arrive on Hagorious, go to the town. At the inn, you can accept the quest from a poster on the wall. Go south west to the mountain and defeat the monster to get the jewel. Return to the inn, and turn the quest in at the poster.
