According to its description, it should be triggered after forcing the ceasefire and withdrawal of the attacking forces , yet I received it after talking to "Yuuhi" but before Hibiki actually entered the battlefield , thus the description was not yet met (as the ceasefire was at that point neither announced, discussed nor forced, nor did the attacking troops withdraw. ).
