I have all my visuals for windows 11 correct and I have read all the other issues

Hi, I can't get it to respond to any audio. Windows 11, updated drivers, changed devices, checked visual performance and contrast as recommended, changed sliders, checked presets. Am I missing something? Advice/solution would be appreciated, thanks.
