I'm getting a few issues with achievements not being issued - I haven't got the 'You Can Trust Me' achievement despite clicking the Trust button several times. I've also not got the Wait, What? Achievement - I've done what's required but it's not activating for me - I've tried doing it on a new file but no dice. Same also with the Chaos is a Ladder Achievement. There's a bonus segment at the very end of the game, branching from the ending segment. I've gotten basically everything to 100%, but I can't seem to get it to unlock. Is it possible to unlock it, and if so, how?

I played the game once and reached a bad ending. Now when I start a segment in the flow chart all the choices are still the same as the ones I did. They disappeared and I can't choose different from before. Even when I started a new game [from the chart because I didn't find any other way] the choices are gone. I really don't know what to do....

I only have one achievement left (not counting the "get all other achievements" achievement), and I can't figure out how to get it.
