Basically because the game uses a Razor1911 cracked exe and the devs incorporated intentional antipiracy griefing measures, there is a memory leak that starts as soon as you pick up a gas can on one of the last levels. Its probably impossible to complete the level unless modding the character speed.

This game needs to be pulled from sale on steam until C0ckstar Games releases it without a cracked executable because they are either incredibly incompetent, lazy, shady or all of the above!

Bully, and a number of other games they made from this era suffer from the same intentional memory leaks designed to make the game impossible to finish...

Trust me I know I played the pirated version got to this exact section, loaded up a backed up save, same thing with retail version..
