This so weird. I can launch the game on my Windows 10 Laptop with a 1050ti but cannot launch this game on my Windows 11 PC with a 4070. I hit play, it acts like it's going to launch and then goes back to showing "play" I get no errors.

Hi, I have a 3770k CPU and a GTX 1070 graphics card, Windows 10 pro 64 bit (stil on version 1607). I only get max 30-40 fps on 1080p playing the game, even with the lowest settings. Setting Vsync on True or False in gameusersettings.ini makes no difference. It's strange that I only get 60 fps when I pause the game. When I continue playing it drops immediately. Never had this with any Unreal Engine 4 game before, they all run at 60 fps. Could this be an Unreal Engine version 4.21.2 issue? Please advise how ...
