Dialog voice lines in wrong order

spoilers for the Terrance route The morning after they share the meal (where Ian is taught to use a knife) Terrance has voice lines out of order. What the subtitle says: "You seem well-rested." Voice line: "I'm glad to hear that. Then right after. What the subtitle says: "I'm glad to hear that." Voice line: "You seem well-rested." And the written text makes the most sense for this conversation based on Ian's dialog....

Achievement Issue

For some reason the last, 19th achievement will not unlock even though I have achieved all 18 of the other achievements. Has this happened to anyone else and is there a way to fix this?
