Really there's enough dellusion and nostalfans for this franchise that they back up acheap cash-grab of game with recycled assets in an overly saturated genre? This is just depressing, they will just keep using the DD franchise for doing whatever besides what the core game was supposed to be....

support the restoration of development, take this game with good discount and maybe it will give the opportunity to push the devs to come back to updating the game
