Even though I completed no death run, it didnt pop-up. I could only achieve 4 story achiements. Anybody help??

How is that physically possible? Secret route? Bugs and abuses? Any tips guys?

Hey guys! I'd just like to apologize about the issues with the game. I'm working on fixing them right now, and will have an update out by Saturday. I released this game a year ago, and didn't bother fixing any glitches since almost no one played it. I didn't expect much from putting the game on sale, but this definitely caught me by surprise!
