Upgrades that are expensive and aren't permanent, that don't even tell you what they do, I don't think I need to say more. Not a fan.

one of the best gaming experiences I had this year, if you are into castlevania clones and retro games, definetly give it a go

A super enjoyable classic-style metroidvania. It took a bit for me to get into, but once things clicked I started to have a fantastic time.
The characters and world are great and I found myself really invested in everything going on. I also really like the design used for everything, having all the characters color-coded is a nice touch.

Overall a game I would highly recommend.
