I'd recommend this game for someone who really loves the lore and the characters. The illustrations are top notch and many cards have fun abilities and sinergies. However, be ready for a bank-breaking game. Some factions are way more powerful than others, and, as many card games, it depends severely on how much you're willing to spend to have a decent, competitive deck.

First off a warning: If you got trouble with Gambling, collection or microtransaction addictions, or addictive behavioural patterns, I can not recommend this game, as it uses a lot of the usual: "keep you playing and motivate

Otherwise its a fun heartstone clone. Competetive play is meh in it as the balance isnt really good, but you can roleplay as the 18 legions and some other factions (approx 30) each feeling pretty thematic to their lore in terms of gameplay, which is a good plus for me.

Its somewhat p2w as the higher rarity cards sometimes can be pretty powerfull, and as a non premium player you dont get many of them. But usually if you focus on one or two factions you can easily build fully functioning and (depending on the faction) reasonable competetive deck, partially also due to the game having 3 neutral faction of whichs cards every other faction has access to, providing a basic card base of around 300 cards + the faction cards. I think the total card count for the game is somewhat over 2k so it offers diversity, while not fully banalnced (which if it was might ruin the game to an extend for me).

Pricing seems pretty steep for onetime and premium purchases as well.

So as a result its a nice game for when you dont know what else to play, but ll likely get a bit monotone and loose a lot of its charm if you play it primarily for the competetiveness.
