Sometimes I can't log in to the game all day due to the game launch hanging on "getting data from the game server". Maybe someone knows how to fix it?

я случайно удалил машину, и теперь когда захожу в игру у меня меню покупки машин но денег не хватает не на одну машину, и закрыть это меню я не могу, тоесть тупо застрял есть выход? искал сохранения игры не нашёл....
