Crush2D.exe crash after start

Hey folks, we are working on making it clearer, but if you press and hold the [SHIFT] key during a game, it shows not only the pings to each player, but also if any one machine is causing a slowdown of the game - the more common reason everyon's game feels laggy and slow in general! It's one of the downsides of the way we had to implement online multiplayer, but it's outweighed by the many upsides. We are working on ways to handle slow players, and also adding back in multi-threading in the engine ...
