Okay, not a big deal but the blueprints add a bit of unnecessary clutter to shops when they're also available to research, which is what I was hoping to avoid by using this patch. I understand it's probably not worth the effort required to change it now though. Great mod nonetheless, I've been really enjoying a lot of your mods, so thank you.

Oh, guess I forgot to remove the blueprints after adding the research. Shouldn't hurt anything though.

With this loaded right below the base mod, I'm seeing both the blueprints in shops and the research options in my bench. Is this intended?

Generally should always import after installing or uninstalling a mod.
