How to install on server:

1. Get gmad extractor, found here: http://www.moddb.com/mods/garrys-mod/downloads/gmad-easy-addon-extractor
2. Use gmad extractor to download the file of this addon
3. Put this addon file into server addons
4. Find workshop.lua in lua/autorun/server/workshop.lua (if it is not there just create it)
5. Open workshop.lua and paste this line without the quotation marks

"resource.AddWorkshop( '910870214' ) -- [Photon] UK Undercover Police vehicles"

6. Restart your server and you are done!
