I am investigating a change to the SPARKs which makes this voice unavailable for WotC SPARKs. The voice still appears under the Soldier class. I appreciate your patience as I slate time to put more work in on these MODs.

  • Lady Amano provided “aac” audio files for Audacity. With these isolated audio tracks I am resapling every current line and adding new lines which were passed over for various reasons. All Voice Packs will be udated on an episode by episode basis. Not all Voice Packs will contain resampled lines for every episode, but to ensure none are missed they will all be updated uniformly to ensure none are overlooked.
  • Tachikomas will be vastly expanded to contain samples from each episode as well.
  • Samples from animated feature-length films will not happen. This is purely a time management decision.
  • TB Suzu has provided audio samples from Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex – First Assault Online. These samples include both English and Japanese versions, the English samples will be introduced with the current Voice Packs.
  • I will not be creating a Japanese version of the “First Assault Online” Audio samples. This is purely a time management decision. However, I do have these samples in my possession and will gladly pass them along to anyone who is interesting in persuing this.
  • War of the Chosen will require edits to include new actions into the voice packs. After all voice packs have been finished, I will be packaging them into a single group voice pack. The final group voice pack will contain the edits required to include the new War of the Chosen classes. While I will make a group voice pack to include all current, pre-War of the Chosen, voices – I will not be creating individual voice packs to update for War of the Chosen – War of the Chosen voice packs will only be included in the final Group Voice Pack. Regardless of which voice packs you use, they should be comaptable with War of the Chosen, but pre-War of the Chosen voice packs will not have voice triggers for new actions added by War of the Chosen classes.

Regarding running in WotC: I added ', CharacterTemplate="SparkSoldier" ' to the mod's .ini file following the instructions here:

That made the Tachikoma voice appear in the SPARK lists and not the regular soldier lists for WotC.

You can access that config file easily through AML, or it's in steamapps\workshop\content\268500\909051696\Config\

If you use the Alternate Mod Launcher, it works with WOTC.

I've discoered that while I can't select this voice set for my SPARK, when using the Starting SPARK mod, the free SPARK it grants can have this voice set.

The mod still doesn't work for WotC =[. My other old SPARK mods still work for it though, which is wierd.

I'm looking forward to a future update! Having a Tachikoma SPARK is sweet when combined with the GITS skins that are available in other mods.:steamhappy:

You are quite correct. I was unaware of this, something is clearly changed in the WotC expansion about SPARKs there. I will look into the issue in the comming week.

This does not seem to work in WOTC. The voice does not show up in the list for SPARKs.
