Weird angled grating/grid bug

I finally got this bug again! It's really hard and random to do, but sometimes when you try to rotate a grating(glass), you get a 45 deg angle instead of the normal angle ^^"

I got the first one then copy it and try to extend it, rotate it again, test interactions with other objects, etc... Here is the result of my tests X)

I'm still not sure how to reproduce the bug exactly, but here is what I did to get this one :
- Place a grating on a wall
- Copy it (Ctrl+Click)
- Rotate the copy at 90 deg
- Extend the copy so that you get a collision error with another object
- Move the copy of 1 block on the wall to avoid the error
- Rotate the pannel at 180 deg

And when I did the last rotation the bug happened ^^ Maybe I pressed by error the Shift and or Ctrl keys during the process that probably cause the bug...

If anyone is able to determine a clear and always-working method to get this bug, I think we should give it to Valve so that they could fix it as soon as possible ;)
