About the model
This one is a bit different of the usual brick and marble apartments I've been doing. More of a small scale test for creating good glass surfaces for some upcoming buildings. I also needed a lvl 1 office for my collection. :) This one is really light. This model has about 865 tris and a 512x1024 texture, with a diffuse, normal, illumination and specularmap.This model has a custom LoD, which is about 24 tris with a 512x128 texture, with a diffuse, specular, and illumination map.

RICO
If you want this building added to your RICO buildings, add it in the settings menu, under growables. I recommend using the realistic population mod, this will calculate the amount of occupants in the building.
