I've never had to do something likes this to get achievements in a game before, but I suppose there is a first time for everything.

oh and saving does work, save right at the end > delete those files then load that save will give another shot at the achievement.

To fix broken achievements you need to delete a ''persistent'' file from 2 locations

1 from the download folder G:\Steam Games\steamapps\common\A Wild Catgirl Appears!\game\saves
1 from AppData > Roaming C:\Users\FunkeymonkeyTTR\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\A Wild Catgirl Appears-1466283085

You will need to wipe those files everytime an achievement fails.
