My twist on the Gang Guild: Reincarcerated prison by TheFunnyOne1125. The average reoffending chance is around 5% and the food situation which was a big issue at the start of the prison has now been resolved. The gangs are still disorganized and spread between Med. Sec. and Max. Sec. There has been little to no murders due to reputations for at least a week. The workshops are functionning and are very efficient. I built some extra foundations so that one could play with mods or simply expand. Needs are fufilled daily and the prison risk level is very low. When it comes to guard scheduling, I have yet to implement it. The gangs are now growing in power and the careful balance in place is if anything temporary.
