UTC Cruiser - F25 Rapier [2014]

The F25 Rapier is the mainline cruiser of the UTC military. This ship was developed after it was found the the E30 Stilleto class interceptors were unable to adequetely handle high-powered enemy ships. This larger ship comes clad in heavy armor and is well stocked with turrets and missile launchers. This ship is commonly deployed to combat zones by the UTC and is a common sight in their sectors.

The F25 is propelled by up-armored variants of the gen-1 nacelles used by the escorts and interceptors, as well as a much larger primary thrust array made specifically for the cruiser.

This ship is fully set up for survival and contains a full conveyor and oxygen system. It comes equipped with a powerful gravity drive that help this beast get into the fray or ram unsuspecting ships.
