More Single Hex Terraforming With Cast Time

This mod adds 4 news terraforming spells that are single hex versions of the aoe god allegiance terraforming spells. The spells in this version have a cast time a version where the spells have a zero cast time can be found here http://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=279848920

The new spells:
+Burning Wind - Transforms 1 hex to desert (Sorcery, Stage 1, Page 2)
+Rampant Growth - Grows forest on 1 hex (Sorcery, Stage 1, Page 3)
+Primordial Ooze - Transforms 1 hex to swamp (Sorcery, Stage 1, Page 3)
+Flash Flood - Transforms 1 hex to water (Sorcery, Stage 1, Page 4)

These spells still have the visual effects of the aoe versions as I couldn't create new visuals.

There will be no incompatibilities with this mod as it only adds new spells.
