i know how to get it lighter go to main menu and go to options go to graphics and put snow to high that helped me very well!

Some people see it more dark than it is cause their system don't support or don't process some of the things that need it for the atmosphere, (the weather system).Usually that happens in night atmosphere.Like vire river vally-night or achelous river-winter some even see only black screen but this is not map problem.Please for those who say that is too dark watch the video and compare.When i play is more bright than the video,cause video is too compress and lose brightness and clarity.
